Walker, MI – July 2025
Speedrack Products Group hosted a three-day Leader Effectiveness Training (LET) session, led by certified LET trainer and Human Resources team member Sheila Wittenbach. This program brought together managers and leaders from our Walker and Quincy facilities, representing departments across the organization — including Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, Planning, Project Management, and Sales.
LET is designed to build practical communication and leadership skills, and Sheila’s expert facilitation helped participants strengthen their ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and confidence. The training aligns with Speedrack’s deep commitment to employee development and our core value of cultivating a strong, supportive workplace culture.
As an employee-owned company, we believe that leadership isn’t defined by a title — it’s a mindset and a skill that benefits everyone.
“The training flowed well, was well done, and kept me engaged,” said Tim Balcuns, Director of Procurement. “There is a lot of benefit, especially for new managers or team members who want to support their team.”
Investing in leadership development programs like LET helps ensure our teams are not only aligned but empowered to grow, lead, and collaborate more effectively.
Thanks to Sheila, Speedrack leadership, and the dedication of all participants, this training marks another step in building a supportive, forward-thinking culture at Speedrack — where every employee has a voice and a stake in our shared success.
