Speedrack Material Schedule Management
Speedrack will create a material wave schedule to ensure buildable mixes arrive to site on time. This includes coordination with the manufacturing facility and tracking to the schedule.
3rd Party Inspections
Speedrack will schedule 3rd party inspections for project and provide inspection reports. Cost of inspections will be passed through to the customer.
Permit Facilitation
Contacts AHJ on permit requirements and timeline, submits application and drawings for customer, assists with coordination with AHJ until permit approval. Customer is responsible for filling out applications, providing stamped drawings, addressing any comments, any & all associated application fees, any & all permit fees, any licensing, scheduling inspections, and permit closeout.
Punchlist
Speedrack PM team will punchlist the site with the customer.
Site Coordination and Reporting
On-Site Contractor is supplied by Speedrack for site coordination, inventory management, schedule reporting, and issue resolution, daily logs, site photos.
Full Quality Inspections
Speedrack team will perform detailed quality inspections, including using aerial lifts, to ensure the Racking System has been installed per the installation drawings.
Deliverables:
- Punchlist, including defect pictures and bay location (we can label racking if needed)
- Location map identifying defects
- List of checks to be agreed on before inspection
