What does it mean to be employee-owned?

It means that everyone who works at Speedrack has the opportunity to become an owner! Employee ownership ensures that everyone builds wealth when the company succeeds. 

Employee ownership has many benefits. It aligns incentives within the company, improves employee satisfaction, increases job security, and connects the business to the community. It also helps employees build life-changing wealth through stock ownership. We are incredibly proud to be employee-owned!

What is an ESOP?

What is an ESOP? An ESOP is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Technically it is a retirement plan. An ESOP account is funded by annual contributions made by the company. The value of employees’ accounts tracks closely with company success. Employees pay nothing for their shares and do not have to contribute to their ESOP account. 

As a team of owners, we all have a role to play in our success.
